Hydrating the Carolinas

NoFizz Charlotte, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting awareness about the dangers of soft drink consumption, and benefits of drinking water, in both North and South Carolina.

We advocate for healthy hydration with water, while challenging the students and families of the Carolinas to avoid carbonated soft drinks and sugar-added juices. Get to know our organization, mission, and story – and in the process, we’d be honored if you would consider donating to our cause.

Join us in the campaign to properly and safely hydrate families throughout the Carolinas – Are you in?!

After two very successful 30-day no-soda challenges for the Carolinas, our next social media outreach initiative is slightly different. We are partnering with The Chic Life to put on a healthy hydration campaign for the Carolinas called the 60 at 60 Challenge.

The rules are simple: every day for a 60 day period, between September 1 – October 31, 2010, drink 60 ounces of water. For more information on specifics, tips, and tricks to drink more water, visit our blog, where we will be providing information daily on healthy hydration.

Want to participate? It’s simple! Just drink 60 ounces of water for the next 60 days with us – and while you’re doing it, interact with our community that has taken over North and South Carolina, and provided us many notable major media appearances.

Got questions, feedback, concerns, or stories to share about your hydration experience? Connect with us on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and through e-mail. Others are already doing it – hear their struggles, share in their victories, and enjoy the community aspect of having a group of people to rely on for support during the challenge!

Good luck over the next 60 days with the challenge – and keep checking our blog, where we will constantly be updating tips and answering questions about ways to properly hydrate!
